Q. What are the delivery charges?

A. Ruan provides free delivery on Debit/Credit cards & levies Rs.50 on Cash on Delivery transactions.

Q. How does the delivery process work?

A. uses reputed logistics service provider to deliver products to your doorsteps. Once your order is placed, one of our logistic partners would pick the product from us and deliver it to you.

Q. How are orders placed on delivered to me?

A. Once the order is placed, ships it out through one of our reputed logistic service partners. Once your order has been shipped you will get an e-mail informing you the details of the courier partner and AWB number using which you can track your shipment. Furthermore, we would also share the estimated delivery dates via SMS and email.

Q. Why did I receive only a part of my order?

A. We shipped out your items in two different shipments. The other one would still be in transit.

The stock for the remaining items was not available. In this case, you will receive a call from our customer care informing you the same. Only after your confirmation, the order will be shipped to you. In the unlikely situation, if you are not available on your mentioned phone number, an e-mail will be sent to you informing the same. You could email our customer care to get more clarity on your order status.

Q. What is the estimated delivery time?

A. The delivery time varies from city to city. Typically, it takes 2 to 4 days for the order to be delivered in all the Metros & Tier 1 cities. Tier 2 & 3 cities may take 3 to 5 days. Some cities in the North East & Jammu & Kashmir may take 5 to 7 days. We also ship through Speed Post to few pin codes where no other courier partner can deliver. For any shipment that is getting delivered through Speed Post, you will be notified about the same at the time of providing your address. These orders may take 7 to 12 business days to get delivered.

Q. Are there any hidden costs (GST tax, Import Duty etc) on items sold by Ruan Online?

A. There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Ruan Online. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

Q. Ruan Online does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

A. There are instances when Ruan Online cannot ship to some locations. This could be a consequence of general regulations or serviceability issues. At times Ruan Online prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at Ruan’s discretion.

Q. I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Q. Does Ruan Online deliver internationally?

A. As of now, Ruan Online doesn't deliver items internationally.
You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
