I have already placed my order. Can I add more items to the same?

No. Once the order is placed, you won’t be able to add more items in it. You will have to place another order to shop again.

‘My Account’ is a one stop for all the information related to your orders. It gives you the complete control to do the following: - Edit your personal information like name, address, etc. - Change password - View your credits - Initiate a return / refund of your order - Cancel an order

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the order number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. You will also receive an SMS confirming the same.

Do you take orders over the phone?

No. We do not take orders over the phone. Customers would have to place the order themselves by logging on the website. However, you can email the customer care support for any difficulties faced by you.

How do I check the current status of my orders?

Click on ‘My Orders’ in the ‘My Account’ to get the complete details of your order including the current status.

How can I pay for my order?

Ruan Online currently accepts Visa, MasterCard. We also accept payment via PayPal & offer Cash on delivery payment system.

When can i expect the refund of my order?

Upon receiving your return back in the healthy & sellable condition & we would initiate your full refund within 24 hours.
